RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

At Un Rocío, every item is produced on demand and crafted specifically for your order. Because of this, all sales are final.


1. All Sales Are Final

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Size preference

  • Color preference

  • Style changes

  • Change of mind

  • Orders placed by mistake

Since items are made to order, they cannot be returned to inventory.


2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we will replace it at no cost.

To request a replacement, email hello@unrocio.com within 7 days of receiving your order and include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

Once approved, a replacement will be sent immediately.


3. Production & Shipping Timing

All items are made to order.
Shipping estimates do not include production time.
Your order begins production shortly after it is placed.


4. Order Cancellations or Changes

Orders can only be canceled or edited within 2 hours of being placed.
Once production begins, no changes can be made.


5. Lost Packages

If tracking shows no movement for 10+ business days, email us so we can investigate.
If confirmed lost, we will replace the item.


6. Incorrect Address

We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses entered at checkout.
