1. How long does shipping take?

Shipping times depend on your location and begin after production is complete.

Typical delivery times:

  • United States: 4–7 business days

  • Puerto Rico: 5–10 business days

  • Canada: 7–12 business days

  • International: 10–20 business days


2. How long does production take?

Every item is made to order.
Production typically takes:

  • 2–7 business days for most items

  • 3–10 business days for specialty or handcrafted pieces

  • Art collectibles may vary depending on materials and finishing

Shipping time does not include production time.


3. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

No.
All sales are final because each item is produced specifically for your order.
This means we cannot return items to inventory or resell them.


4. What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

We will replace any item that arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Email hello@unrocio.com within 7 days with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

Replacements are sent at no cost once approved.


5. Can I cancel or change my order?

You can cancel or modify your order within 2 hours of placing it.
After that, production begins and changes cannot be made.


6. Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship to most countries worldwide.
Shipping timelines and customs fees vary by region.


7. Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes. Tracking is emailed automatically once your order ships.
Tracking may take up to 48 hours to update depending on the carrier.


8. My package hasn’t moved in days — what do I do?

If your tracking shows no movement for 10+ business days, email us.
We will investigate and replace the item if it is confirmed lost.


9. Why did my order arrive in multiple packages?

To deliver items faster, different products may be produced and shipped separately.
Multiple shipments are normal and expected.
