. Production Time (Important)

All products are made to order.
Typical production times:

• Most items: 2–7 business days

• Handmade or specialty items: 3–10 business days

• Art collectibles: Production varies depending on finishing and materials

⚠️ Shipping time does NOT include production time.
Your item is created first, and ships once it’s ready.

2. Shipping Time

After production is complete, your order enters the shipping phase.

Estimated delivery times:

• United States: 4–7 business days

• Puerto Rico: 5–10 business days

• Canada: 7–12 business days

• International: 10–20 business days

These estimates begin after production is finished.

3. Tracking Information

• You will receive a tracking number once your order ships

• Tracking may take up to 48 hours to activate depending on the carrier

4. Delays or Missing Packages

If tracking shows no movement for 10+ business days, email us at:

We will investigate and send a replacement if the package is confirmed lost.

5. International Orders & Customs

International customers are responsible for any customs, import, or VAT fees required by their country.

6. Multiple Shipments

Orders with multiple products may arrive separately, depending on how items are produced and packaged.

7. Address Issues

We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses entered at checkout.
If you made a mistake, email us within 2 hours of ordering so we can attempt to correct it.
